Did you know a wallaroo escaped a zoo in New York? Well, it happened….
In 2009, a wallaroo escaped its cage in a town called Chittenango (400 kilometers west of Manhattan). It was about 3 feet tall, quite fast, and very cute. Here’s the weird thing though – it was never reported as being caught. Authorities urged citizens to help with the search, but nobody ever found it. So who knows where that wallaroo is these days…
